FAQ

Common questions about pricing

No. Kazam charges a flat monthly fee based on charger count. We do not share session revenue or add billing markup beyond gateway fees. Razorpay or Stripe transaction fees go directly to the gateway.
Each physical charge point (EVSE) in your Kazam account counts as one charger, regardless of connector count. A dual-port charger with two connectors still counts as one charger toward your plan limit.
Yes. You can move from Starter to Growth anytime, paying the difference for the remaining billing days. For Enterprise, contact us to structure the plan for your network size.
Starter and Growth are billed annually without a long-term contract. Pay 12 months upfront and cancel before renewal. Enterprise terms are set individually according to scale and integration needs.
Kazam connects through OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1, supporting most commercially available EVSE hardware. We have tested chargers from several India-market manufacturers. Contact us before buying if you need compatibility confirmation.
With standard OCPP hardware, most Starter and Growth operators go live within one business day after onboarding. Enterprise integrations can take longer by scope. Your onboarding engineer will share timing at kickoff.
